Morgan Holland Homes realizes that every home owner has unique requirements and interests. We work with home owners to identify those needs and to tailor their project specifically to those needs.Morgan Holland Homes will start assessment of a new remodel project with an on-site visit in which we take a series of photographs, take measurements, sketch preliminary drawings and otherwise achieve a full understanding of the home owner's goals. We then will take that information and work with subcontractors and others to form a detailed bid for the project.
Morgan Holland will submit a summary bid to the home owner for review and agreement. At all stages, the ultimate goal of the home owner is kept as a priority. Morgan Holland is registered with the Texas Residential Construction Commission [TRCC].
